Newsletter prices

Newsletters are the speciality of The Write Company. Our publishing division, McEntee Media Corporation, has been publishing internationally-circulated, business-to-business newsletters since 1990.
The Write Company offers professional newsletter production on a variety of levels:
  • With decades worth of experience in journalism and publishing, we're well qualified to produce your newsletter from beginning to end, including design, layout, article writing, printing and distribution. We can prepare your project for hard-copy or Internet distribution in a variety of formats.
  • You want to handle the writing yourself? We can do your design, layout and printing for you.
  • Or, we can print your project utilizing state-of-the-art, full-color laser technology. For short runs of 1,500 or less, you won't believe the difference in price compared to lithographers. For your very low budget project, our black and white rates are untouchable. How about $143 for 250 copies of your four-page newsletter?

    • Below we have posted some sample rates. Contact us to get a quote for your specific project.
    In the table below, prices are based on an 8 1/2 x 11 sized newsletter printed on 20-pound white paper (84 brightness). Other types of paper may cost a little more.

  • The yellow section shows prices for printing some common sizes and quantities in black and white and with various color options.
    You can submit your newsletter to us for printing in a variety of ways, including digitally via PDF or Pagemaker files. Check with us about other formats.
  • The blue section shows prices for layout and printing of your newsletter with a variety of options for layout and color.
  • The green section shows prices for "the works." These are our rates for design, layout, writing and printing of your newsletter. Writing charges are averages and may differ depending on how in-depth you would like the articles to be and how much time it takes to prepare them. Writing prices also will vary depending on how many articles will fit in your newsletter. In general, one page of an 8 1/2 x 11 sized newsletter will use 500 to 1,000 words, depending on the size of the type and the size of graphics on the page.
